3 Easy Ways to Maintain Your Flexibility

We need to maintain flexibility as we age to help avoid injuries and to help maintain and perhaps even increase balance.

3 ways to maintain flexibility are:

  1. Get your body moving as much as you can. Stop being a couch potato and get up as much as you can throughout the day.
  2. Add some kind of flexibility program to your routine, either a general stretching program, or something like yoga or Pilates.
  3. Increase your water consumption. The general rule is to drink half our body weight in ounces per day of water as a minimum.
