One Daily Habit to Naturally Improve Your Energy

Get your body moving every day with some type of exercise such as walking, biking, yoga, Pilates, weight training, or swimming. Finding something you enjoy doing and making it a habit is key to naturally improving your energy.

You can do something as simple as a four-to-five-minute functional warmup. Also, there is something that’s been around forever called the Five Tibetan Rites which are a set of simple, yoga-like dynamic exercises originating from Tibetan monks. That is just a great way to start the day.
